Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members will be held at Relational Database Consulting (RDC), 20 Stirrup Lane, Woodmead Office Park, Van Reenens Road, Woodmead, Johannesburg - South Africa on Tuesday, 31 January 2012 at 15:30 – 16:30 for the purpose of considering and if deemed fit approving with or without modifications the following resolutions:

*Chairman’s Report
*Receiving and adopting the annual financial statements of the company for the financial period/year ended 31 December 2011.
*Re-appointment of auditors.
*General
*Appointment and re-election of directors.
